Blake Riley Is 3!

Finally got her own scooter! Brayden wasn't doing a good job of sharing his scooter with her.

Loves her some Barbies!

Yesterday Blake turned 3. She is the baby of the family and will always be. She is smart, sweet, beautiful, super stubborn, clingy, MAJOR blankie lover and thumb sucker, and even though she drives me crazy and has been the hardest baby for me, I couldn't imagine life without her. She was so excited for her birthday, all her siblings had theirs earlier in the year. She knew hers had to be soon. She spent the whole day singing Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to Blake :) It was so cute. Blake I love you! Below are some random pictures of my beautiful chinky baby as she grew up way to fast these last 3 years. Time really does fly.

Birth Moms

http://www.imeem.com/people/pUuVyyR/music/Blyarwzm/michael_mclean_from_gods_arms_to_my_arms_to_yours/ Two weeks ago I went to LDS Family Services to speak with 2 birth moms. One had already placed and wanted to know that it does get easier with time, and the other is placing but is still with the birth father and wanted to hear about my experience since I married the birth father of the twins. It was a great experience for me and I hope I was able to help these birth moms. I gave them each a copy of the song above and a copy of the poem below. These always helped me during the first few years after placing, when it was the hardest time for me.

You have to click on the name of the song for it to play(From God's Arms, To My Arms, To Yours).

~ Legacy Of An Adopted Child ~
Once there were two women Who never knew each other. One you do not remember,The other you call mother.
Two different lives Shaped to make yours one,One became your guiding star,The other became your sun.
The first gave you life, And the second taught you to live it. The first gave you a need for love, And the second was there to give it.
One gave you a nationality. The other gave you a name. One gave you the seeds of talent, The other gave you aim.
One gave you emotions, The other calmed your fears. One saw your first sweet smile, The other dried your tears.
One gave you up, It was all that she could do. The other prayed for a child, And God led her straight to you.
And now you ask me through your tears, The age old question through the years. Heredity or environment, Which are you a product of? Neither, my Darling, Neither, Just two different kinds of love.

Primary Program

Dakota made her debut at church today. She was part of my nursery lesson on being kind and loving to animals. Dakota was a huge hit.

Today was the primary program at church. Bailey, Brice, and Brayden did a great job!

Bailey Wake Boarding and Random Pictures

This is what happens when Daddy cuts Brayden's hair. I wanted to grow Brayden's hair a little longer for winter, so I asked Martin to cut it because I assumed he could do a better fade than me. WRONG! He really messed up so he gave Brayden a faux hawk that lasted about as long as it took to take a picture and then shaved it all off, so mommy is back to cutting his hair:)

Movie night ended and mommy was cleaning up and these 3 were passed out in 60 seconds flat!

Bailey has been doing amazing on the wake board! Every time we go out she stays up longer. She will be doing flips in no time!

So many trees, so little time.

These two were playing hide from mommy behind the trees. Brayden was also climbing on stumps and jumping off. He will jump from any height. It scares me how he isn't scared and doesn't think he will get hurt. So far he never has. He is always talking about wanting to fly and thinks he will try! Oh BOY!!!!!!!!!! I see You!

Where did my little girls go?

This was Bailey's first time playing soccer. She is now on her 8th season of soccer. Bailey and Brice have improved so much over the years. They now play positions and understand the game. No more swarm ball!

Here is Brice her first time playing. She is also playing her 8th season of soccer. See how much bigger she is then the kids her age? Brayden is just the opposite. He is the smallest one:) We make Brice play an age group up so she is on the same team as her sister. We did their first 2 season seperate and then made her play up( she also plays up in b-ball as well). She really has stepped up to this challenge. We are so proud of both of them.

The girls were waiting for their game and to get their shirts. That's why they are wearing the tanks. Martin was busy watching the game and didn't take pictures. Next time. I was watching the game and the babies, as we call Brayden and Blake.

First Game.

Brayden and the girls had their first game of the season Saturday. Brayden did a great job for his first game ever. He is improving every practice.

Dinh's Loving Kennel :)

I have to put the dogs in their crates when I mop the floor because they love to chase the mop and end up sliding all over the floor. It amazes us how much these dogs get along and love each other. Bishop is cuddling Bronx, so sweet. Excuse Bishops red rocket:)! What can I say? They are in a cell!
Bruno has already out grown his crate. Time for a bigger one. He went to the vet a couple weeks ago and was already 30 pounds! We have started calling him fatty:)
